Candles can be made out of variety of different waxes, with each wax having different properties that effect he performance. Candles can be made from paraffin wax, soya wax, and granulated wax jus to name a few. At My heavenly Candles we use 100% Soya wax for all of our candles, and that's jus one of our secrets that sets our products apart from the rest. WHAT IS SOYA WAX Soya is a 100% natural wax derived from vegetables soybeans. Soya beans are one of the major agriculture crops frown in the United States, behind only corn. Most of the world's soya beans are grown and harvested in the Midwestern United States. After the beans are harvested , they are taken cleaned, cracked, de-hulled and rolled into flakes. Soya bean oil is extracted from the flakes and the leftover flakes are used for animal feed. WHY CHOOSE SOYA WAX? Soya waxes made from environmentally friendly, renewable resources; whereas classic paraffin wax is made from petroleum and us no-renewable. Not only are there "green" advantages to choosing soya wax over a different type of candle wax, but soya wax also burns slower than paraffin wax, meaning you get a candle that lasts longer. While all candles emit some black soot while burning, candles made from soya wax burns cleaner and results and results in less sot. Another reason to choose soya wax when it comes to candles is the fact it is an excellent fragrance carrier that does not require chemical amplifiers. The result is well balanced true to scent candle. MY HEAVENLY CANDLES All of the candles at My Heavenly Candles are made from soy wax and by now you probably understand why! Since soya wax is a natural product, you may notice slight variations throughout the year. The wax maybe very soft in its solid state , or as hard as a rock during other times. Sometimes the wax melts so clear and translucent, and other times it may melt and look a little cloudy. All of this is normal and expected when choosing a soya candle. ECO SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING Before I decided to start a new vegan friendly candle business I felt, as being a Vegan myself and knowing now important it is to try and do my bit for the environment, it was important to not only make sure the candles were Eco-Friendly but also the packaging. I try to avoid using plastic and anything that can or does harm to he environment. I am fully committed to using recyclable material, and that's why all of our candles, and packaging are 100% Eco-Friendly. It will always be important to us to be as eco-friendly as possible and to operate responsibly with he environment in mine, and we will continue to look for more ways that we can do our bit! Our candles take seven days to produce from start to finish, so as you can see, it is not a quick process. It takes time and a lot of effort to make sure they are made with love and then infused with the Angelic Reiki Healing Of Light energy. Each candle will be infused for 45 minutes to enable to be used to its full capacity. Your focus and intention is extremely important.

CANDLE CARE * Burn your candle for at least 2 hours on the first use. * When burning for the first time, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass. * Trim the candle wick before each use 1/4"(5mm) * Always keep the candle away from children and pets.
